Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kiwi Shack, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely anywhere in New Zealand. This page sets out our shipping process, timeframes, and customer support in case of issues.


Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm NZT are usually shipped the same day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban addresses: 1–2 business days.

  • Rural delivery (RD addresses): 2–5 business days (please allow extra time).

  • Peak periods & delays: During peak sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays (e.g. severe weather), deliveries may take longer than usual.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and size.

  • Rates are pulled directly from our courier partners (NZ Post, CourierPost, Aramex).

  • Examples: A small parcel to an Auckland city address may cost around $6–$8, while rural addresses may incur a surcharge. Oversized or heavy items may also attract higher fees.

  • You will always see the final shipping cost before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees.


Carriers

We partner with trusted New Zealand couriers including NZ Post, CourierPost, and Aramex to ensure reliable delivery nationwide.


PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.


Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to follow your order’s progress.


Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest courier updates.

  2. Contact the courier company directly using your tracking number.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@kiwishack.co.nz 

 

Lost or damaged parcels:

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


International Shipping

Currently, Kiwi Shack ships only within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally at this time.
