Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and checkout securely using Visa, Mastercard, or other supported payment methods.

Q: Do I need an account to shop?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track past orders and save shipping details.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship directly from our Auckland warehouse.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most NZ city addresses: 1–2 business days.
Rural addresses: 2–5 business days.

Q: Do you ship outside New Zealand?
A: At this stage, Kiwi Shack ships within New Zealand only.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition. The buyer covers return shipping.

Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
A: We’ll repair, replace, or refund faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. In this case, Kiwi Shack covers the return shipping.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@kiwishack.co.nz with your order number. We’ll send you instructions for return approval.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Shopify-supported payment options.

Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes. Payments are encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Your credit card information is never stored by Kiwi Shack.

Q: Are your products shipped from overseas?
A: No — everything is stocked in NZ and ships from our Auckland warehouse.
